MSC has received authorization to offer a recruitment bonus for hard to fill positions. In order to receive this bonus, eligible new hires must enter into a service agreement and the amount will vary based on the length of the service agreement. These amounts will change based on the needs of the Command and will paid based on the memo in place at the time of hire.
